Mr. Maduabum is a proven practitioner in the areas of Commercial Transaction, Corporate and Municipal Law. He is also a New Jersey Supreme Court appointed Foreclosure Mediator. His practice includes Foreclosure defense and Loan Modification assistance, Consumer advocacy, Municipal Court representation, International and Domestic Due Diligence for corporate and individual clients. Representation experience spans the areas of Commercial Acquisitions, Bankruptcy Proceedings, Employment Disputes and Contracts, various aspects of Immigration law, United States Consular representations, Estates & Trusts, B, E, & H Visa procurement assistance, and Contract Review and Negotiations involving ICSG instruments.

Prior to the founding of the MADUABUM LAW FIRM, LLC, he was the Managing Partner of Cobos Ellington Maduabum & McKenzie, LLC, having merged the firm with his Wall Street Law Practice.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, and Export Promotions Council. He serves as Legal Counsel, pro bono, for a National Non-Profit organization. He also sits on the board of various corporations.

A graduate of Roosevelt University’s Walter Heller Business College and Seton Hall University School of Law School, Mr. Maduabum holds two Certificates in International Commercial Arbitrations and Capital Market Development and Regulation from the UNITED NATIONS Institute for Training and Research, Geneva, Switzerland.

Christel Marie Lugo obtained her Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2014. She earned a B.A. in English Literature and Spanish from Swarthmore College, located in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, in 2010.

During law school, Ms. Lugo worked with Mazzoni Center Legal Services, a public interest pro- bono legal services organization that serves the low-income LGBT population in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. While there, the work she did centered on LGBT civil rights, with a focus on employment discrimination and family law. She also worked with Judge Jack A. Panella in Pennsylvania Superior court, and with Judge Rayford A. Means in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Due to her focus on public interest work during law school, she was inducted into the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society.

Following her time in law school, Ms. Lugo was awarded the Temple University Beasley School of Law’s Conwell Community Corps Legal Fellowship to continue her LGBT civil rights work with Mazzoni Center Legal Services. Currently, Ms. Lugo represents clients in Municipal and Superior Court. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Hispanic Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Hispanic Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Ifeoma Odunlami obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law, White Plains, New York in 1994, where she was Casenote and Comment Editor of the Pace University International Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria with a B.A. (Hons) English in 1988.

Following graduation from law school, Ms. Odunlami served as a Judicial Clerk for Hon. Judge Michael J. Nelson, at the Family Division of the Essex County Superior Court, Newark New Jersey. Thereafter, Ms. Odunlami went on to work as a civil litigation attorney, with strong success records, for several highly reputed New Jersey law firms. Ms. Odunlami opened her own law practice with a passion and a goal to help others. She works in the fields of Bankruptcy, Debtor’s Rights, Family Law, Immigration and Municipal Law.

Mr. Ellington concentrates his practice in Criminal Litigation. He also represents corporate and individual clients in other areas of law including Commercial Transaction, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, Family, Patent, Trademark, and Copyright. Mr. Ellington represents clients before state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.

Mr. Ellington is a graduate of Morgan State University, with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, and Seton Hall University, School of Law.
